Miles Carter

Miles is a senior at NYU pursuing a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience. This fall, He will begin work in the Fenton lab investigating the role of the PKMzeta protein in memory using a mouse model.
This summer, he worked in Dr. Wellington Pham’s lab at Vanderbilt University, studying the amyloid beta cascade hypothesis in Alzheimer’s Disease. His project focused on validating the labeling chemistry of the nanobody probes we used for imaging. Miles is interested in researching learning and memory and plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience. |
