Graduation Status:

During this upcoming summer, I will be working in Dr. Mark Zervas’s lab at Brown University, studying the development of circuits that rely on dopamine neurons in order to gain a greater understanding of neurological diseases.  For the duration of my junior year at NYU, I hope to continue to investigate the neurobiological basis of mental disorders, a topic of great interest to me.  In particular, my aspirations for research in the coming years include investigating the Autism Spectrum Disorders.  After completing my B. S. In Neural Science at NYU, I hope to attend graduate school to pursue my Ph. D. in Neuroscience, where I will likely continue research of mental disorders.
